Internet of things could bring a digital thriller

With the advancement and improvement of the latest technologies, humanity is at its best. Everything, including inanimate objects, is automated or automated, from a smart watch to a car, lights, and even doors. The Internet of Things, known as IoT, is ready to bring a revolution that no one had thought of before.

However, in the race to move things forward, there has been a great commitment to humanity. Sometimes ethics are compromised to quench the thirst for materialism. Many Hollywood movies have been made on the subject where scientists’ experiments go wrong and those machines go rogue.

If we stretch panic in terms of the Internet of Things, it becomes scarier. IoT can involve everything around humans and today all non-living things have their own brains to think like humans. The next generation of IoT are machines and devices full of super intelligence and empathy where they would better understand humans or probably act on their own.

While the Internet of Things could be a great human companion, there could be consequences if the latest technology fails. Yes, it is indeed possible because now those machines and devices have their own brains. They are automatic and can learn by themselves based on the activities that humans perform around them.

Artificial Intelligence and Artificial Empathy are the next two big things that will be embedded in machines and devices. They may realize its power and then try to follow the humans. There are many failures recorded daily in automated things, but it is easy to overcome because machines and devices do not hold up today. In the future, when they know that they are more powerful and have better intelligence, they can reject change or fix it.

It is nothing short of a nightmare when you hypothetically think that all the non-living things around us, including cars, doors, air conditioners, baby carriages, garage, and even the refrigerator using their own brains, begin to conspire against humans.

Humans have to keep their horses and work cautiously because giving them full access and powers to machines and devices will only lead to unprecedented problems. Then it would be difficult to face machines with super intelligence because they don’t feel pain. They also have nothing to lose. Great scientists like Einstein have also warned against the excessive use of advanced technology, as it can only lead to the total eradication of the human race.
