Some say it’s dangerous because you’re reducing your caloric intake to levels that are too dangerous. Others say that since it’s a short period of time, you won’t do any major damage to your body. My suggestion is that if you want to try it go ahead. Just make sure that if you feel weird while on the 3 day tuna diet that you make sure to eat more. Some people get dizzy or feel faint and that’s because they have low blood sugar. Eating something will fix the feeling almost immediately.

Of course, the 3-Day Tuna Diet isn’t the only diet of its kind, as there are plenty of calorie-restricting diets out there. If you’re going to do this, make sure it’s just the start of a long-term strategy, not just a quick fix for a given occasion.
