A global pandemic of hope

Yes, a Global Pandemic of Hope, not Fear! This article highlights four solutions to overcome fear. The global coronavirus pandemic gave cause for fear. Immediate panic actions ensued. Many have died as a result of this horrible virus giving cause for panic, self-protection and caution. Thousands stocked up on Clorox disinfectant, hand sanitizer, toilet paper and frozen pizza. Did you join the ranks of the global fearful? Ongoing feelings of fear can be problematic. Lasting fear damages the peace and peaceful happiness of all life. Faith and hopelessness cannot coexist. Fear and hope cannot coexist. After your sudden actions, you understand that fear is not the best long-term solution for hope, stability, and a balanced and happy life.

First, HOPE

Will you now consider joining the ranks of the global pandemic of hope? FEAR and HOPE are powerful words! It is remarkable what fear did to thousands. Hope is also a powerful word. Hope makes the sun shine in your life. Hope helps you look beyond the dark and threatening clouds in search of a blue sky. Hope helps you wake up in the morning ready and willing to take on the challenges you face. I hope he helps you say I can. Replacing your fear with hope should be at the top of your to-do list.

Second, GRATITUDE

Can you be thankful for what you have learned about grief and loss? The pandemic has certainly underscored the need during grave times of bereavement, one must learn to count one’s blessings. It is vital to your grief and healing that, through difficult encounters, there is still much in life to be grateful and hopeful for. You can learn that you have infinitely more goods than your limitations and afflictions.

• You can learn to be grateful to know that your broken heart and mind can be healed.

• As you have struggled for some peace and understanding during this difficult pandemic, it is critical that you remember that you are living.

My fortress of gratitude is filled with recognized blessings that indefinitely overcome my trials and afflictions. Acting on your intentions to be grateful can bring you rich and rewarding blessings. Practice gratitude every day to foster appreciation, hope, and happiness in your life. Keep a gratitude journal or journal. In your journal/journal count your blessings one by one – you will be surprised at all the grateful blessings you list.

Third, don’t bury your emotions

Above all other actions, do not bury your emotions. Releasing your deep painful emotions, in your own way, is a necessary healing step. Cry when you feel like crying. There is no shame in your emotions. Crying helps you cry and cleanses you of sadness.

• Much of our society is often not good at witnessing the aching pain of others.

• Whether you cry or not, recognize that everyone shows their hurt emotions in their own way.

• Burying and not releasing your emotions is a very unhealthy choice.

Tears often come when we grieve over our pain and loss. Tears are a way to express and release grieving emotions. Crying is not a weak response; rather it is another way in which you can express your deepest feelings. Some think that crying is a sign of weakness. This is definitely not so!

Crying is a normal and acceptable human emotion. Acknowledge very clearly that crying is okay. It is an expression of your pain.

Sometimes you may want to dump your emotions in private. Going into your private place and expressing your pain and struggles is a vital step towards healing. Do this for as long and as often as you like. Pray a lot because there is inspiration and strength that comes from communion with your God. There is absolutely no reason to be ashamed of a tragic tort occurring. Bring your emotions to the surface; they are after all, what happened. All of these actions help you reconcile your grievance.

Fourth, INNER STRENGTH

You can best gauge your strength by how well you respond to your unwanted circumstances. There is a power within you that you may not have discovered yet. Connecting with your inner strength is essential and can be an exciting discovery. It will require determination and effort.

• Inner empowerment never comes easily.

• While you may not have been able to prevent the worst from happening; you are the only one who can determine the attitude you choose in reference to the difficulties that have darkened your life.

You may choose to sit in perpetual sadness, with life held in check by the weight of your unique personal pandemic experience. Choosing to move past the pain point in your life is a better option. You have the inner power not only to prepare to live but to live. There may be times when you feel like you are taking one step forward and two steps back. Unlike many acquired earthly things, however, character and inner strength are portable. You can transfer the mineral of experience, which is character, to give you the power to face unexpected obstacles. Your inner strength will allow you to reconcile your grievance and heal. Especially today, think you can. Have you asked yourself: “What strength in the depths of me, have I not yet searched for?” Then, access all your inner strength.

Seek HOPE. be thankful Don’t bury your emotions. Search deep within your INNER STRENGTH
