It is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, a powerful circulation fan, and a removable interior fan panel for easy cleaning. All interior parts are also made of 304 stainless steel. It is made to hold four gastronorm trays 2/3 size and 65 millimeters deep. This unit has a large glass door that has a cool-touch locking handle. The two-stage locking handle is made to safely release heat before the door is opened.
