Recruiters needed everywhere as the world is on the verge of recovery

Could this be the quiet before the storm?

In recessions, as you know, we see the labor market change quite drastically. Anyone facing layoff, especially anyone with a mature career, can find it to be a trying experience.

They may be thinking, “Will the next role, the next team, work well for me, will I enjoy the environment, will I enjoy the team, will I find a suitable job again?” When time passes, it can be quite stressful.

The uncertainty of what may come next, candidates often think that it was easier to find work in their younger years.

Being a Recruitment Entrepreneur, I have built my career working with candidates to represent them in the way that best suits their profile, their trajectory, their achievements.

The time spent creating a resume, highlighting details and details, not only creates efficiencies for hiring managers to read, but also highlights the important details hiring managers want to see.

For anyone in a situation where they are facing layoff, it’s not too late and yes, there are plenty of opportunities in the market if you know where to look, what process to use to find it, and how to approach companies.

All you need to do is improve your experience outside of work.

Start with the basics, polish your CV, remove long sentences, get the point! Shortlist deals, find out the manager, find out who’s on the team.

It is very important to try to quantify its impact!

By quantifying, I mean its commercial impact. Think about the size of your team, the number of people who reported to you, the size of the budget, the percentage of growth you may have been directly or indirectly responsible for.

Hiring managers discuss the weight of your experience and how it will affect your financial goals!

There are also opportunities for self-employment, but with the market so big, how do you know what the right business opportunity will be?

The question I have is: Have you ever considered hiring entrepreneurs?

My philosophy on employment is if you’ve been in a hiring capacity, if you’ve managed teams, gone through interviews or you may have interviewed yourself to make hires.

At some point in your career you may have worked with human resources in some capacity, you may have written a job description, helped write one, or even created positions within your company.

Without realizing it, at some point in your career you will have been exposed to a form of Recruitment and therefore have fundamental recruiting skills.

Skills like:

  • Understand a job description
  • Conducting interviews
  • CV reading
  • work with human resources
  • Act as or work with a hiring manager on your team
  • Worked with a recruiter in the past
  • Looking across the job sites
  • Submit your CV to a position

The recruitment process is basically a more elaborate version of the previous one. It’s simply working to master all the various recruiting procedures and then scaling them through growing individuals and teams to produce great accounts.

It’s a business that can operate online, all you need is CRM, recruiting software, interview tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, plus marketing tools.

My company has produced recruiting franchise license agreements where all the platforms, recruiting training and everything you need to be successful as a recruiting entrepreneur will be available to you.

It’s also something you could do as a side business or something full time or when there are gaps in your career. The licenses also last for 5 years, which means you’ll have plenty of time to figure it out.
