Two Sides of the Law: Rights vs. Privileges

Did you know… there are two sides of the law? There is the ‘public side’, which is where you are most likely operating and which subjects you to federal mandates, relentless regulation, fines, fees, penalties, jail time and even death.

‘The Private Side’ is available to everyone and provides an escape from ‘public law’. However, no one will talk about it because it is considered a ‘threat’ to the ‘system’. The mob doesn’t like competition, you know!

Ok, here’s a little fact for you to ponder… A ‘license’ or ‘permit’ is limited permission to do what is otherwise illegal.

Question #1… when did it become ‘illegal’ to get married? Don’t you need a ‘license’?

Question #2… when did it become illegal to repair your own home? Don’t you need a ‘permit’?

…and why do I need to pay someone else for their permission to manage my own affairs and property?

We (Americans) do not get rights ‘from’ the constitution as so many people mistakenly say. The constitution was created to ‘protect’ our naturally God-given rights and to tie the hands of malicious men in power so they can NOT infringe on those God-given rights.

So the last question of the day is: “So why do our public servants and elected representatives ignore those limitations and create civil conflicts against the people (their masters) with constant harassment and police powers?” The answer is as clear as black and white and it will surprise you. It is not ‘they’ who are in error. It’s you!

Let me set the stage so we can understand this a bit better. Let’s say I have a small private island in the middle of the ocean and I want to do business. But there are no customers. I see a cruise ship go by every day. I want those people to be my clients, and not just for a ‘one day visit’, but forever. So, to get men interested, I offer a lot of cute girls from the island and free beer. To get women interested, I offer free spa and beauty treatments and unlimited free shoes of all kinds!

So word gets out and cruise customers demand that the ship stop en route, which he soon does to keep his cruise business going and his customers happy. As people enter the island, we have an immigration checkpoint, of course. To get onto the island, I have everyone sign a contract that basically says they give up all natural rights on the coast, and on the island they must comply with all island trade regulations. And when people leave the island, the terms of the contract say that ‘the person’ must abide by the same rules from now on, wherever they go.

Now of course the law doesn’t normally work this way as there are jurisdictional issues. To get around this, I know I can’t control John Smith when he returns to his Kentucky home. So I’ll have John Smith admit that he is JOHN SMITH, who by operation of law is another ‘legal person’. And as long as John Smith thinks he’s JOHN SMITH, he’s going to have to send me money every time he sends JOHN SMITH an invoice because he’s in the contract and he agreed.

People don’t care, and they don’t understand at first anyway. They just want island girls, free beer and free shoes! They say ‘yeah, yeah, whatever…’ and sign the contract to enter the island and get their benefits. Knowing that ‘no law can derogate from contract rights’, I feel great because I get tons of new clients every day who commit to me for life, by contract.

My fees, taxes and other business I receive more than they pay for the beer and shoes I give away and now with this business model I am able to show investors a steady stream of new incoming customers. With my ledgers and cash flow, I can now borrow huge amounts of money to build my empire, enforce my contracts, and grow, grow, grow. My small island business is a HUGE success!

So actually my little ‘island business’ is only 10 square miles in area and is surrounded by Virginia and Maryland. Yes, the government of the UNITED STATES, not to be confused with the republic of the ‘United States of America’. It is written this way with a lowercase ‘u’ because the word ‘joined’ here is used as an ‘adjective’, not as part of the noun. Describes the noun which is the governmental unit for the ‘States of America’, which are supreme in the ‘Private Side’ of the law.

This is not a small and very important distinction. The ‘republic’ is de jure, or ‘legal’ government, where the private side of the law, that is, God-given rights and constitutional limitations on government, are at work.

The UNITED STATES is a corporate entity governed by corporate bylaws, that is, legislation for its corporate members and all those who volunteer in its jurisdiction by contract.

In the old days of the republic, when babies were born, the permanent birth record was made in the family bible, the name listed as John Smith, and witnessed by those present for authentication. Under the new system, people request the BIRTH CERTIFICATE which creates our legal, legal person: JOHN SMITH instead of John Smith and immediately, like a baby, two people are born. The living, breathing person, and the fictitious ‘trust’ entity (juridical person) that will serve ‘my island business’.

Now, since 1933, when House Joint Resolution 192 removed ‘legal money’ from circulation and there was no more money to ‘pay for’ things (i.e. gold and silver), a whole new system emerged. At that point, the medium of exchange became ‘credit’ or ‘promises to pay’ (ie Federal Reserve note). All we receive are ‘promises to pay’ that are never paid (by law) and therefore, by operation of law, this ‘benefit’ which is the privilege of ‘covering’ the responsibility of a debt (not paying it actually by law) puts us under the purview of ‘the laws of commerce’ in everything we do. Trade, of course, is regulated. THE UNITED STATES then makes the whole thing a ‘commercial activity’ for JOHN SMITH, allowing him to regulate JOHN SMITH from the cradle to the grave and JOHN SMITH pays fees, registrations, fines, taxes and incurs potential criminal penalties if he fails to follow through. company by laws, that is, federal regulations.

So now you are beginning to see the lines of distinction between the ‘private’ side of the law and the ‘public’ side?

And now back to the benefits. They tell us, “You need the birth certificate to enroll your child in school, and to get a job, and to enroll in Social Security, and, and, and…” Before you know it, you have so many ‘ adhesion contracts’ (non-negotiable) with the island business, you are fully involved and can never claim your God-given rights because they are superseded by your ‘voluntary agreement’ when you applied for benefits and signed a ‘contract’ with THE STATES JOINED.

That is why ‘the constitution’ no longer applies to most people. Just as Esau gave up his inheritance for a bowl of porridge in the book of Genesis, most of us have done the same. Almost all US courts are courts of ‘Admiralty’ jurisdiction. They are administrative courts that administer the bankruptcy of THE UNITED STATES (bankrupt since they took away the ‘lawful money’ in HJR 192). The courts are there only to administer the contract under the bankruptcy laws. They are NOT there to protect your rights. They have no jurisdiction or authority over it. It’s not that the judge is ‘bad’, he or she is just following the rules of the court at the Admiralty. So if he is demanding constitutional rights in an Admiralty court of contracts, then ‘you’ are the one out of order!

We have only scratched the surface on this topic, but I hope I have brought it to your attention. Everyone should understand this and what are the remedies. Demanding rights and putting hope in the political process is insane and a complete waste of time (nationally) until you and your sheriff understand how the law works and whether you are on the PUBLIC SIDE or the Private side.
