Why have so many lost faith in the political system of the United States?

For many years, many Americans have had a very low opinion of their public and elected officials, and this seems to have reached a critical point, especially after these last four years, which it seemed to many. , be different from anything that has been seen before in recent memory. It seems that the level of polarization, conspiracy theories, lack of confidence, etc. has become the worst of all! Furthermore, the post-election backlash that we have seen from this President may present a clear and present danger to the American way of life and the perception of free and fair elections. We need to restore our citizens FAITH in our political system, of government, and to restore, our pride, to be American! Instead of slogans, we need workable solutions, targeted and genuine changes – for the better!
