Bowel Cleanse – Clean Everything Below

The purpose of a bowel cleanse is to help heal and rebuild the good bacteria in your intestines. There have been many known benefits of this, including reducing high fever or relieving constipation. There are cases where a warm water enema has relieved the pain of a severe headache.

When the intestine is not working properly, there are symptoms. Some of the common symptoms are lower back pain, frequent infections, constipation or diarrhea, excessive gas or flatulence, bloating, Crohn’s disease, fatigue, low sex drive, infertility, leaky gut syndrome, mental confusion, bad breath, headaches, head and insomnia. When there is fecal matter lodged in your intestine and toxins begin to form and be absorbed by your body, a bowel cleanse will alleviate these symptoms.

Most people and doctors use warm water to cleanse the intestine, but some use additives for specific reasons.

Coffee is one of the additives used. The purpose of these ingredients is to promote the production of bile in the lower intestines, which will aid in the digestion of the lodged matter so that it can be eliminated. To help repopulate the good bacteria, some add yogurt to the cleaning solution.

Not all intestinal cleansing is done with an enema. Smoothies can be prepared that will help cleanse the intestine. One in particular is known to help remove heavy metals that might have acclimated in the lower intestines. This smoothie consists of Psyllium and bentonite. This is a long process and you could take three shakes a day for three months, but it saves you from having to take an enema.

No matter how you approach this, a bowel cleanse will help improve your overall health by flushing out toxins that build up in your colon.
